SALES REPRESENTATIVE

MCI Careers is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to drive results for leading global brands in a fast-paced contact center environment. In this performance-driven role, you will make high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, present solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work with clear performance metrics, coaching, and training to grow your skills in sales and CX. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, persuasive communicators comfortable with targets, CRM tools, and continuous feedback, seeking advancement in Sales & Business Development within a dynamic CX and BPO leader.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects and existing customers
Present solutions that align with customer needs and campaign goals
Meet or exceed sales quotas, conversion, and quality metrics
Accurately document interactions in CRM and follow up on warm leads
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to optimize campaign performance
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
Adhere to scripts, compliance standards, and data security policies
