Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required at time of submission. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for. - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. - Required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission. Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room for the night shift. The schedule consists of working 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience. A permanent Ohio license or a compact state license must be held at the time of application. AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required and must be current. TNCC certification is preferred for this role. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Nurses with any background checks will be reviewed carefully, and those with ongoing cases will not be accepted. All certifications need to be active, and no pending certifications will be accepted. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. Negative drug screening is required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required before returning.
