We are a high-tech, heart-forward office. Our team utilizes Archy Cloud-Based Dental Software, intraoral cameras, and soft-tissue lasers to provide a gentle, modern experience for our patients.

Requirements

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft

icensure: Valid Pennsylvania state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience: Previous experience in a dental office/clinic preferred; familiarity with EMR systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc.) is a plus.
Clinical Skills: Proficient in patient assessment, medical imaging, and four-handed dentistry techniques.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a "top of your game" mentality regarding attendance and teamwork.
Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing with a gentle touch.
Patient Assessment: Take vital signs, update medical histories, and perform thorough dental assessments in compliance with HIPAA.
Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instruction and post-procedure care plans.
Modern Charting: Use Archy software for accurate, real-time documentation (training provided for those familiar with Dentrix/Eaglesoft).
Safety & Tech: Maintain strict infection control/sterilization protocols and assist with medical coding/billing as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with Dr. Rohm on treatment planning for a diverse patient base, from pediatrics to seniors.
