We are currently hiring Production Operators to support batching and filling operations in our manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for equipment setup, plant cleanliness, forklift operation, and ensuring safe and efficient production.
Location: McKinney/Garland, TX
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (or until production is complete)
Pay: $18.00$19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down batching and filling lines
• Clean and maintain tanks, mixers, reactors, and floors
• Pull pallets and drums; assist with recycling and trash removal
• Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety policies (PPE, SDS, spill control)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist supervisors and other operators as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse experience required
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable sit-down forklift experience
• Chemical manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk xhqgsiq for entire shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in hot, humid, and occasionally loud manufacturing environment
