This role requires an experienced, hands-on leader with a broad skill set including public relations, crisis communications, issues management, media relations, stakeholder engagement and executive communications, in addition to broad B2B marketing capability.The Senior Manager of Marketing will work closely with executive leadership, development, investment, and external partners to elevate Diode’s market presence and support business development objectives. This role is designed for a senior marketing and communications leader who can build Diode’s brand and demand-generation engine while providing disciplined public relations, crisis communications and reputation management support in a highly visible infrastructure development environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and lead Diode’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, growth markets, and capital initiatives. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on brand positioning, market trends, and competitive differentiation. Establish annual marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure performance and ROI. Execute the marketing plan with a detailed, hands-on, approach. Brand, Positioning & Communications Own Diode’s brand narrative, messaging, and visual identity across all channels. Oversee corporate communications, including PR, thought leadership, awards, speaking opportunities, and executive visibility. Ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across digital, investor, and partner-facing materials. Go-to-Market & Demand Generation Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting new developments, site announcements, partnerships, and market expansions. Partner with business development and leadership teams to support sales enablement, pitch materials, and client engagement.Drive targeted demand-generation and account-based marketing initiatives for hyperscalers, enterprise users, and strategic partners. Digital, Content & Media Oversee digital marketing strategy, including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and analytics. Lead development of high-impact content such as case studies, white papers, presentations, and market insights. Manage agency partners and vendors across creative, digital, PR, and media. Team & Partner Management Build, mentor, and lead internal marketing resources and external partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise marketing.Public Relations, Crisis Communications & Issues Management Lead Diode’s public relations strategy, ensuring media engagement is coordinated, accurate, timely and aligned to approved messaging. Develop and maintain issues management and crisis communications materials, including escalation paths, holding statements, message maps, Q&As, media inquiry protocols and spokesperson guidance. Anticipate and manage reputation-sensitive issues related to community engagement, public meetings, media inquiries, social media activity. Partner with community engagement, government affairs, legal and project teams to prepare communications plans. Support executive and project spokesperson preparation, including media training, message development, Q&A preparation and guidance for challenging public or media settings. Monitor media, social and stakeholder sentiment, synthesize insights for leadership and recommend proactive or reactive communications responses. Preferred QualificationsProven experience in data center infrastructure, real estate, commercial development, construction or related B2B industries. Demonstrated experience developing and executing public relations, issues management, crisis communications or reputation management strategies in a sensitive or highly visible operating environment. Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing strategies that support business growth and revenue objectives. Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders. Experience managing agencies, consultants, and cross-functional teams. Experience marketing complex, capital-intensive, or infrastructure-driven businesses. Familiarity with hyperscalers, enterprise technology clients, or institutional capital partners. Experience supporting both corporate brand-building and deal-driven marketing efforts.
