The Nursing Manager Emergency Department will oversee a dynamic Emergency Department, also known as the ER or ED, supported by Fast Track capabilities for efficient patient care. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the ER RN Manager will receive strong administrative support while directing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, quality improvement, budgeting, and employee development. The ER RN Manager will collaborate closely with friendly nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, technicians, case management professionals, and a diverse healthcare team. This leader will foster a positive culture of accountability, communication, clinical excellence, and respect while supporting staff education and emergency preparedness.
