Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Circulate surgical cases and manage all nursing care within the operating room.
• Observe the surgical team from a broad perspective.
• Assist the team to create and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient's surgery.
• Participate in on-call requirements, covering shifts 1-2 times a week from 1700-2300.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner EMR system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center.
• Experience with da Vinci Robot, neuro-spine, and cranial procedures required.
• Proficiency in using the Cerner EMR system is necessary.
• Demonstrated ortho trauma and Peds OR experience.
