Marketing & Business Sales Specialist Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a motivated and strategic Marketing & Business Sales Specialist to join our client's team in Delhi, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing and sales initiatives that promote the company's telecommunications services and products. This position plays a key role in market research, sales strategy development, customer engagement, and public representation, with a strong focus on driving growth and maintaining a competitive market position. Responsibilities Coordinates the development and release of information regarding the company's services and products. Researches and analyzes market conditions to determine effective marketing and sales strategies. Produces marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and other public announcements. Represents the company to the public at events, meetings, fairs, and exhibitions. Monitors sales activities and tracks and analyzes sales trends. Develops sales strategies for each line of business and identify target customers. Assists in developing sales forecasts and defining service plans for specific market segments. Conducts ongoing evaluation of selling prices, market penetration, and competitive positioning. Assists in developing and writing proposals. Develops and coordinates customer surveys. Assists in test marketing of new products and services. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data. Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to represent the company at community events and meetings. The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000k/yr, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
