We are currently hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Sacramento. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, creating positive experiences, and building strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you’ll work in a retail setting , interacting with customers, providing support, and assisting with customer acquisition efforts by introducing available services and helping guide customers through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience in a retail environment
• Engage with customers and answer questions about current services and promotions
• Assist with customer acquisition by introducing services and guiding customers through sign-ups
• Build rapport and maintain strong communication with customers
• Track daily interactions and maintain accurate records
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Sacramento office
