As a Financial B2B Sales Representative , you'll meet directly with business owners, HR departments, and organizational leaders to educate them about voluntary supplemental insurance programs.

You'll help businesses offer valuable employee benefits including:

• Accident Insurance

• Cancer Insurance

• Critical Illness Insurance

• Hospital Indemnity Insurance

• Supplemental Health Insurance

This is an outside B2B sales position . You'll spend your time meeting with businesses in person, developing professional relationships, and helping employers provide meaningful benefits to their teams.

This is not a remote or office-based position.

What You'll Do

Business Development

• Prospect and develop relationships with local businesses

• Meet with business owners, HR professionals, and company decision-makers

• Conduct in-person benefit presentations

• Identify employer needs and recommend supplemental insurance solutions

• Build new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business clients

Client Relationship Management

• Educate employers and employees on available supplemental insurance products

• Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and service

• Guide clients through the enrollment process

• Provide ongoing support after implementation

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first meeting through enrollment

Professional Development

• Complete company-sponsored licensing requirements

• Participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship

• Develop consultative selling and business relationship skills

• Many first-year representatives earn even more

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation for daily business visits
