Details Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting Night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts, 1900-0730 Weekend shifts required On-call requirements to be discussed during interview Uses Epic EMR for charting May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications Requirements Active RN license (CO or Compact) required, no pending licenses accepted BLS certification (AHA) required and must not expire prior to start ASN required; BSN preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in Med/Surg specialty required ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification as appropriate for unit or service Additional Information Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, health teaching and counseling, treatment monitoring, and documentation Refers patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment Previous permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before eligibility for this travel assignment Background check and drug screening required, with expected turnaround of at least 2 weeks American Traveler Job ID P-749736.
