We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machinist to join our team. This role involves operating and programming CNC equipment, as well as working on manual machines to produce high-quality parts. The ideal candidate has experience with Miltronics machines, is proficient in Fusion 360 CAM, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Show up on time and ready to work every day
Set up and operate CNC machines (Miltronics)
Program and generate toolpaths using Fusion 360 CAM
Operate manual TRAK machines for custom and low-volume work
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets as needed
Order material for parts
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications:
Experience operating CNC machining centers (Miltronics preferred)
Proficiency in Fusion 360 CAM programming
Experience with manual TRAK machines
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to pass a drug test
Preferred:
Welding or fabrication experience
Experience in a job shop or custom manufacturing environment
