Principles Counseling Group is a growing outpatient mental health practice serving communities throughout Iowa. We are looking for compassionate, motivated mental health therapists who want the support of a group practice while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy. Whether you are independently licensed or working toward full licensure, our goal is to provide an environment where you can build a rewarding practice around your professional interests, desired caseload, and schedule. W-2 employment Percentage-based compensation structure Free clinical supervision for eligible temporarily licensed clinicians Flexible scheduling Ability to determine the size of your caseload Administrative, billing, and claims support Insurance credentialing assistance Marketing and referral support Flexible work setting What You Bring Is licensed to provide behavioral health services in Iowa Is independently licensed or temporarily licensed and eligible to practice under supervision Provides outpatient mental health counseling within their areas of competence Is ethical, dependable, professional, and responsive Values quality client care and appropriate continuity of services Can work independently Completes documentation and other professional responsibilities in a timely manner Is interested in developing and maintaining an outpatient caseload Is committed to affirming, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care Can successfully complete a required background check as a condition of employment Why Principles Counseling Group May Be Right for You Principles Counseling Group may be a good fit if you want the independence and flexibility often associated with private practice without having to manage every aspect of the business yourself.
