Work warm leads only — no cold calling, no dialing random lists
Call aged data (20+ years) + fresh inbound inquiries daily
Use proven scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments
Set appointments for free in-home energy evaluations (no hard selling)
Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission

$15–$20/hour base (1099)
Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment)
Performance bonuses + year-end volume incentives
