Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during the night shift
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
Respond professionally to resident, family, and staff concerns
Perform additional duties as assigned
Current Colorado RN or LPN license in good standing (or compact state license, if applicable)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
CPR certification preferred
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care
