Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Bilingual School Psychologist for a school setting in the La Grange, IL area for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike!Competitive pay (Up to $80/hour) + steady school-year scheduleW-2 employment with liability insurance includedHealthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match$500 Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expensesMileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses (up to $3,000 per hire)What You'll Do:Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessmentsWrite comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentationParticipate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussionsProvide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentationCollaborate with teachers, families, and special education staffSupport student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needsAssist in developing appropriate interventions and supportsEnsure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulationsWhat We're Looking For:Master's degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsementStrong assessment, writing, and collaboration skillsSchool-based experience preferredMust be Bilingual, fluent in SpanishAbout Ampersand Therapy: Ampersand Therapy is a women and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
