As a Customer Service Representative with Noah Adams - State Farm Agency Intern , you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
