Java Full Stack Developer (Richmond)

Location: Richmond or McLean VA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Cloud AWS to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using modern frameworks and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and Node.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for front-end and back-end communication.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB for data modeling and query optimization.
Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms such as AWS
Contribute to system architecture design, technical documentation, and CI/CD pipeline setup.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS for designing, deploying, and supporting scalable cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
- Strong development experience with Node.js and Python for backend and API development.
- Experience with Access/IAM, authentication, authorization, and cloud security .
- Exposure to Claude Skills and AI-assisted development for modern software engineering workflow
