Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• California State SLP license or eligibility
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and social success
• Contribute to and participate in IEP meetings, ensuring that goals and accommodations align with each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Implement evidence-based interventions and keep current with best practices in the field
