Insight Global is seeking a Receptionist (Director of First Impressions) for a high‑end financial services client in Hyattsville, MD. This individual will serve as the face of the firm, delivering an exceptional, white‑glove client experience from the moment clients call or walk through the door. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and highly reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in their work. While call volume is low, the expectations for attentiveness, professionalism, and follow‑through are extremely high. This is a 6-month contract‑to‑hire opportunity with clear potential for long‑term growth in office management or client experience leadership.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience as a receptionist, front desk, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Prior experience in a corporate or professional services setting
High attention to detail with strong follow‑through and accountability
Comfortable answering phones and managing voicemail consistently
Ability to work fully onsite, 5 days/week - Background in financial services, legal, or other high‑end professional environments
Interest in growth toward office management or client experience leadership
