Each day, you will promote and advocate for the Colliers’ brand in the market, articulating our value to clients through superior customer service.In this role, you will…Execute valuation and appraisal assignmentsCommunicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships. Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships.Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely.What you’ll bring2-3 years of related work experience. CRE experience/ background is required.Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license Bachelor’s degree.
