A day in the life
As a new Talent Acquisition Specialist at Community 1st Credit Union, you'll dive into engaging activities every day. From crafting compelling job postings to screening resumes, wedge recordings and scheduling in-person interviews, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, attend career fairs, and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Skills and experience
To excel as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Community 1st Credit Union, you will need outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates and team members. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
