Service Center Leader: Drive Operations & Customer Success

FCX Performance is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Traverse City, Michigan. The role focuses on managing service center operations, developing leadership competencies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of leadership experience in sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and strong analytical and communication skills.
