Position Overview Reporting to the Department Lead, the Floor Assistant’s primary goal is to oversee the execution of daily departmental activities and to ensure goals are met. This is a crucial part of the supply chain process and we are looking for someone who is up for the challenge. Responsibilities Coordinate with lead to determine workload and set deadlines Direct the necessary daily activities while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees. Communicate company policy and verify policy is applied Create a positive and encouraging team dynamic Work side by side with team to ensure completion of daily tasks Coordinate and train temporary associates during peak seasons Provide status updates and workflow progress throughout the day Our Ideal Candidate Will Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years’ experience as a Floor Assistant for a high-growth company A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery 6+ months working at Kendra Scott’s Distribution Center or equivalent experience in a similar setting Ability to lift 40-60 lbs.
