Blair Hill Inn is seeking a reliable organized and passionate  Line Cook  to join our culinary team for our year round high volume casual restaurant. Working alongside our talented chefs youll help prepare the fresh locally inspired ingredients that define the dining experience at our Relais & Châteaux property overlooking Moosehead Lake.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional kitchen takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to be part of a supportive team committed to exceptional hospitality.

What Youll Do

• Prepare ingredients for daily dinner service including vegetables proteins sauces stocks and desserts

• Follow recipes and prep lists with consistency and attention to detail

• Assist with receiving rotating and properly storing deliveries

• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workstation

• Support chefs with additional kitchen tasks as needed

• Help ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met

What Were Looking For

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred but were happy to train the right candidate

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

• Dependable organized and eager to learn

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Availability to work flexible daytime and afternoon shifts including weekends
