Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a long-term travel assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding recovery goals and therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience preferred.
