Machine Operator Assistant
Location: Springfield, Missouri
Pay Rate: $21.03/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Must Haves:

Your Role:
- Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation
- Monitor production quality and compliance
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
- Accurately document production data and maintenance in computer systems
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards

What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 2-3 years of proven work experience
- Flexibility to work any shift and up to 4 hours daily overtime (including weekends, up to 12 hours)
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot and humid during summer/fall)
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motion, stand, walk, bend, and navigate stairs throughout the shift
- Prior full line manufacturing experience is preferred
