Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in product design, UX, or systems‑focused technology roles (education technology experience preferred). Solid expertise in universal design (UX/UD), accessibility standards, and user‑centered design practices. Proficiency in front‑end design, user research, and standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Ability to collaborate effectively with technical vendors, educators, and cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication skills; no specific language or travel requirements. Responsibilities Champion Universal Design (UX/UD): Ensure all digital learning tools are accessible, inclusive, and intuitive for learners and educators of all abilities. Lead User‑Centered Research: Conduct user testing, develop personas and workflows, and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Integrate Technology Systems: Evaluate and collaborate with vendors, ensuring seamless front‑end and back‑end alignment across platforms and devices.
