Fund Operations Associates support fund managers, portfolio teams, and investor relations by overseeing day-to-day fund operations, capital movements, and reporting processes . This position works closely with portfolio managers, fund accountants, and investor relations teams to ensure smooth fund operations and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile fund transactions, capital calls, and distributions

• Support fund accounting and portfolio administration processes

• Maintain accurate records of investor commitments, allocations, and balances

• Assist in the preparation of investor reports, fund statements, and regulatory filings

• Collaborate with fund managers and portfolio teams on performance and risk reporting

• Identify and resolve discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications
