Clinical Therapist

Social Workers and Counselors are encouraged to consider a full-time Clinical Therapist position with Liberty Healthcare at the Illinois Department of Human Services Treatment and Detention Facility. Program description The Treatment and Detention Facility provides specialized forensic mental health services in a secure residential setting to adults who have a history of committing sexual offenses. The treatment program focuses on the individual needs of each client and treats everyone respectfully, with dignity, and with the belief that all people can change and achieve improved health and wellbeing. Liberty Healthcare’s clinical team is comprised of over forty Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, Behavioral Technicians, Recreation Therapists and ancillary professionals who collectively serve over five hundred clients.
