Volunteer International Experience (V.I.E.) Opportunity

The V.I.E. will support procurement operation activities and continuous improvement opportunities within North America, working closely with Procurement teams, Finance, IT, P2P, Master Data and key stakeholders both locally and globally. The role will help ensure reliable Source to Pay execution, data accuracy, and alignment with Danone US and Group standards, governance, and policies, while contributing to continuous improvement and process evolution. This assignment provides a strong operational foundation with exposure to continuous improvement and transformation efforts, supporting the development of high potential international talent equipped to operate effectively in a complex, cross functional, and multicultural U.S. business environment.

This role provides broad exposure across Source-to-Pay processes, systems, data analytics, and project management.

Main tasks:

• Procurement Operations & Systems: Support Source-to-Pay activities, including but not limited to vendor data, contract pricing updates, and invoice issue resolution. Ensure data accuracy across procurement systems and support e-sourcing and contract activities. Contribute to compliance initiatives, process documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Data & Performance Management: Support KPI reporting, dashboards, and operational performance analysis. Prepare insights and structured updates for various levels of leadership.
• Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Support governance and coordination of procurement initiatives. Support knowledge management initiatives. Assist with change management materials, training, and adoption tracking. Identify and support continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

Desired profile:

Have a diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain, and/or data analysis; Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement and/or systems & data projects. Very good understanding of contract language. Strong level of English, both oral and written; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Power BI, and other digital workplace applications.

Be autonomous, organized, and structured; Demonstrate leadership and initiative; Detail oriented and comfortable working in various systems and digital workplace applications. Very good communication and synthesis skills and ease of communicating with all levels of the organization; Have good teamwork skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills; Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, business and financial acumen; Ability to work under pressure with multiple deliverables to be issued simultaneously; Preferred experience working in ERP systems and/or system and data projects.

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
