**Experience and Qualifications:** - 3+ years of ER Experience - [REQUIRED] - TNCC - preferred but not required **Licensure and Certifications:** - Nursys must state Active Illinois/IL License - [REQUIRED] - Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] - Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] - Active American Heart Association PALS - [REQUIRED] **Documents and References:** - Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Emergency Room) - [REQUIRED] - 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed - [REQUIRED] **Leadership Experience:** - The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
