Eskola, LLC's San Antonio, Texas branch is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team! We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Commercial Roofing Production Manager to oversee the execution of roofing projects for our commercial clients. This leadership role is critical in ensuring the timely, efficient, and safe delivery of roofing installations, repairs, and replacements.

The Production Manager will coordinate with the project management team, supervise field operations, manage crews, and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of commercial roofing expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional roofing or construction-related certifications are a plus
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to challenges
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and physically demanding work environments
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and be comfortable working at heights
• Field-based, primarily on commercial construction sites
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements

Preferred skills & certifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
