School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Earlimart, California

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving preschool through 8th-grade students across multiple school sites as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this engaging role, you'll act as a rover, providing essential speech therapy services and assessments to a diverse student population. The assignment starts as soon as possible and extends through May 29, 2026, with a consistent weekly schedule of 7.5 hours per day, from 7:30 am to 3:15 pm.


Desired Qualifications:

• Valid California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
• Prior experience working in school settings, specifically with preschool through 8th-grade students
• Strong assessment and service delivery skills for school-based caseloads
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to maintaining focus in varying environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services across Horizon Elementary, Browning Road, and Kern Avenue campuses
• Address IEP service minutes and conduct thorough assessments as assigned
• Support and advocate for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Communicate regularly with educators and families to support student progress
