Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing care preferred.
• Ability to perform objective assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress in electronic medical records.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Client-specific requirement: experience working in an acute hospital or inpatient rehab setting and familiarity with interdisciplinary team coordination is required.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Shift Type: Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday typical for this role.
• Clinicians may be required to float within the health system to cover other hospital units as needed.
