Duties Complete full range of pre and post award functions for cost reimbursable and fixed price contracts. Prepare solicitation documents, Invitations for Bids, and Requests for Proposal. In Addition To Meeting The Basic Requirement Above, To Qualify For This Position You Must Also Meet The Qualification Requirements Listed Below Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes writing and establishing contracts for supplies and services in dredging, or utilities, or master ship repair, or architect-engineer services; and experience with the award and administration of cost reimbursement contracts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
