Duties and Responsibilities Conduct field visits to customers' locations for collections purposes. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options with customers. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and address customer concerns. Document all customer interactions and update collection records. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to collections.
