Licensed Outside Oregon?

We welcome RNs licensed in Washington, Idaho, and other states and provide support through the Oregon licensure process.
Responsibilities

Assess and monitor resident conditions
Supervise nursing care and nursing staff
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Develop and update care plans
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN license or eligibility for Oregon licensure
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
