Bark & Mane Mobile Grooming is looking for an experienced pet groomer to take over an established route of recurring clients in Williamson County.
You won't have to spend months building a clientele from scratch. You'll step into an existing book of business with a strong appointment schedule currently pacing at approximately $1,400–$1,800 per week in groomer compensation, including average tips.
If you're an experienced salon groomer who loves grooming but wants a calmer, more independent environment, this could be a great next step.
Mobile grooming experience is a plus, but not required—we can train an experienced salon groomer on the mobile environment.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of an established Bark & Mane route and provide high-quality mobile grooming services directly at clients' homes. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage a full grooming day while maintaining the quality and client experience our existing customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide full-service grooming for approximately 5–6 dogs per day, including bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, scissoring, nail care, and breed-appropriate styling while assessing each pet’s grooming needs.
• Deliver an exceptional client and pet experience by communicating professionally with pet parents, providing safe and compassionate care, and building lasting relationships with families and their pets.
• Manage your established route professionally by staying on schedule, communicating delays, maintaining a clean and sanitized grooming van, and helping retain and rebook clients.

Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has:

• Experienced Groomer: Professional grooming experience with the ability to independently complete full-service grooms, including strong scissoring and breed-specific skills across a variety of breeds, sizes, coats, and temperaments.
• Professional & Reliable: Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong time management, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Client-Focused & Qualified: Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a genuine desire to build lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Mobile grooming experience is a plus, but experienced salon groomers can be trained on the mobile environment.
