We are looking for an experienced, motivated Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry knowledge and strong customer relationship skills who wants to build a successful career with a growing company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial HVAC and refrigeration customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new accounts
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and equipment selections
- Sell commercial HVAC, refrigeration equipment, parts, and service solutions
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with our service, installation, and operations teams
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and existing accounts
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Meet or exceed established sales goals
- Represent the company professionally in the marketplace
Qualifications :
- Previous commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration experience preferred
- Sales experience in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical contracting, or a related industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, business owners, facility managers, and other commercial customers
