Are you the person who can choose the right tool, secure a workpiece perfectly, and fine-tune controls so machines hum at peak performance? If so, this role puts you at the center of safe, consistent, quality-driven manufacturing.

• Set up and operate tools, machinery, and equipment strictly to provided instructions and specifications.
• Select, stage, and secure the appropriate tooling for each assignment.
• Mount and secure workpieces on machine tables or fixtures using clamps and wrenches.
• Continuously observe machine operation and output to verify quality performance.
• Adjust machine controls to regulate and optimize performance.
• Inspect tooling; repair or replace components when required.
• Verify proper operation against key specifications such as fixtures, cutting speeds, and feed rates.
• Escalate issues promptly to your immediate supervisor.

• Serve as the department communicator for status meetings, management updates, and shift-change handoffs.
• Maintain equipment so it never compromises safety.
• Deliver work that is safe, consistent, and meets quality standards.
• Identify, tag, and remove nonconforming materials from the process.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork on schedule.
• Partner with other departments whenever coordination is needed.
• Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Follow all company rules and policies at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
