Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee, and we’re looking for experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference!

At Stand Out Home Care, our caregivers are the heart of what we do. We provide personalized in-home care that allows our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as individuals receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs.

Whether you’re looking for additional hours or a more consistent schedule, we’re looking for experienced caregivers who are ready to work and become part of a growing team.

• $16.00–$17.50 per hour

• Paid time off begins accruing after your first 30 days

• 90-business-day performance evaluation

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care

• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and supervision

• Running errands and assisting with daily routines

• Following individualized client care plans

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required

• Dependable, professional and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
