Our suite of services is designed to cater to a broad range of needs of healthcare organizations, including healthcare IT innovation, electronic health record (EHR) implementation & optimizations, data conversion, regulatory and quality reporting, enterprise data analytics, FHIR interoperability strategy, payer-to-payer data exchange, and application programming interface (API) strategy.
Epic Analyst
The Epic Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications. This role supports end users, troubleshoots system issues, and ensures the system meets clinical and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and configure Epic modules accordingly
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize system use
- Provide support for upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
- Create reports and dashboards as needed
- Maintain Epic certifications as required
Qualifications:
- Epic certification is needed
- 3+ years of experience with Epic systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in healthcare IT preferred
