Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Status : Full-Time Regular/Temporary : Regular Hours : 40 Shift : M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm MST (slight variations based on client needs) Location : Remote or In Office opportunities. For local Colorado residents, mandatory 1 day in-office orientation at the Denver/Aurora Office. We are looking for caring and talented Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to make a long-term home in our organization. In this important role, you will work as an extended business office representatives on behalf of our clients where you will work with patients and their families to explain their medical bills, answer any questions they may have, and negotiate affordable payment terms.
