You will design and oversee treatment that builds functional skills, fosters independence, and helps families feel supported and empowered. You will guide clinical teams, partner with families, and translate data into meaningful progress.# **What You’ll Do****Clinical Leadership & Treatment Design*** Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations* Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes**Collaboration & Family Partnership*** Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care* Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed* Participate in insurance authorization and review processes for assigned clients**Team Development & Supervision*** Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and students* Conduct regularly scheduled client observations (minimum two per month, per client)* Support professional growth with high clinical and ethical standards**Caseload & Documentation Management*** Maintain a billable expectation of 27.5 hours/week (110 hours/month)* Complete: • session notes • monthly data analysis • treatment updates • assessments & reports • insurance documentation* Initiate onboarding and treatment for new clients promptly at leadership direction## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For**We’re seeking a clinician who believes ABA should be both ethical and transformative—someone who is motivated by progress, committed to evidence-based practice, and energized by seeing children gain confidence and independence.**Required Qualifications*** Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field* Active BCBA certification in good standing* Strong ethical decision-making and sound clinical judgment* Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly and compassionately* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration**Who Thrives in This Role** You will thrive here if you:* Approach challenges with curiosity rather than rigidity* Communicate clearly with families, teams, and payors* Bring creativity to individualized programming and intervention design* Mentor others and enjoy elevating the clinical quality of a team* Care about meaningful outcomes—not just compliance or service volume* Believe ABA should build **independence, capability, and confidence****What Matters to Us** We are a strong match for BCBAs who value:* Ethical practice that protects both clients and clinicians* Family voice and cultural respect in treatment planning* Interdisciplinary collaboration over siloed clinical work* High-quality data that actually guides decision-making* A growth mindset for both children and professionals* Continuous improvement for the field—not just for our organization**Why Join KIDS ABA Services**We believe that when clinicians feel supported, valued, and aligned with their mission, clients thrive.
