Job Title Guest Service Associate (Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) at European Wax Center. Are you passionate about the beauty industry, love connecting with people, and thrive in a sales‑driven environment? Key Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sale goals. Educate guests on exclusive product line. Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. What We’re Looking For Strong sales and guest‑service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
