Corporate Controller

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Corporate Controller in Lakeland, FL.Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee a team of 7-9 people on both the project accounting side and the GL accounting side
• Provide strategic oversight by providing direction and leadership but being able to get in the weeds when necessary
• Report back to the C suite and CEO with reports/finding/analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience
• 5+ years of construction industry accounting/finance experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
