QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join an agile team responsible for testing scalable data pipelines on a cloud-native Lakehouse platform. This role involves designing automated test frameworks, validating complex ETL/ELT processes, and ensuring data quality for various EDI transactions using SQL and modern DevOps practices. Job Responsibilities: Work within an agile team to design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans and cases Implement automated testing for cloud-native Lakehouse data platforms Write complex and efficient SQL queries for data validation across ETL/ELT pipelines Collaborate with analysts and product managers to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Optimize and troubleshoot pipeline performance and data reliability Ensure end-to-end data quality and accuracy through robust validation techniques Follow DevOps principles using CI/CD practices for test automation and deployment Required Skills: Strong understanding of software development best practices in QA Proven experience in testing ETL/ELT pipelines and EDI transactions (835, 837, 834, 820, 276/277, 270/271, 999/997) Proficiency in writing SQL for data validation and analysis Experience with automation tools such as Karate, Visual Studio, Selenium Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions) Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-native Lakehouse platforms Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and infrastructure as code Certifications: (Not specified) Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
