Food Expeditor/Line Cook
The Food Expeditor/Line Cook is the critical link between the kitchen and front of the house staff, ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Expeditor is responsible for managing the flow of orders, verifying dish accuracy, maintaining presentation standards and ensuring quality control of all food prepared.
Position Requirements: Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years' culinary or restaurant experience preferred.
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time and/or Part-Time
Location: Island View Casino Resort
