I’m working with a high-end owner’s representation firm on a Regional Principal opportunity overseeing the Florida & Caribbean region.

Senior leadership role with regional P&L + operational ownership
Focus on luxury residential projects ($20M–$150M+ hard costs)
Lead business development, client relationships, project delivery & team growth
Remote / Florida-based with significant presence across South Florida & the Caribbean
Looking for 15+ years across luxury residential, construction, architecture, development, or owner’s representation
